This simple salad came about as a result of just tossing together some ingredients that we had on hand. It turned out to be delicious! It consists of chopped romaine lettuce, diced apples, chopped cubanelle peppers, and taco blend shredded cheese. For the dressing, simply douse with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and some salt to taste. Quick, easy, and a real hit!
