Ingredients:
- 7 Potatoes
- 1 Red Onion, chopped
- Vegetable Oil
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Salt
Directions:
- Boil the potatoes for about 15 min (don't overcook them because they will get mushy).
- Let them cool down and peel the skin.
- Chop the boiled potatoes on medium to large squares.
- Add the onion, oil, vinegar and salt and mix everything together.
- Leave the salad in the fridge for a little bit.
- Serve and enjoy :)
